濟公活佛慈語：
Teachings of the Living Buddha Ji Gong:
災劫年年有，今年特別多，誰家掛得「免」字牌？萬事不由人，只等著命安排。財來了，怨懟也跟著來了；怨懟來了，貪字也來了，這貪字就是禍胎！每個人懷的是什麼胎？禍胎啊！貪財，「財」字是怨主，若是一家子有了財，人會變得越來越貪。
Disasters come every year, but this year they are especially numerous. Whose household can hang up a “exempt” sign? All things are beyond human control; we can only await what fate has arranged.
When wealth comes, resentment follows; when resentment comes, greed follows—and greed is the seed of calamity! What kind of seed is each person carrying? The seed of disaster! Greed for wealth—the word “wealth” is the master of grievances. If a family acquires wealth, people will become increasingly greedy.
有人說：「錢財在作怪！」你們家有沒有在作怪呢？「恩師，我很窮，我根本作不了怪！」有時你越窮，越想去爭個大富大貴，大富大貴的人快樂幸福嗎？當你有財的時候，心念越貪，「貪」字來的時候，災禍就跟隨而來。所以，為師恭喜你們，現在就懂得來修道，不要等到災禍真正來到眼前的時候才來修褔、修道，那就太慢了。
Some say, “It’s money that causes trouble!” Is trouble stirring in your household? “Master, I am very poor—I couldn’t possibly cause any trouble!” But sometimes, the poorer you are, the more you strive for great wealth and status. Are those who are greatly wealthy and honored truly happy and blessed?
When you have wealth, your greed grows stronger; when greed appears, disaster follows. So, Master congratulates you for having come to understand the path of cultivation now. Do not wait until disaster is right before your eyes to start cultivating blessings and treading the path—that will be too late.
修道要斬除貪念，不要想：「等我擁有了財富再來修道、辦道、布施。」當你真有了財就不布施、不想去做好事了，為什麼？人的貪念就像是個無底洞，所以為師叫你們多布施，傻徒兒你們真的連一點點都不願意布施嗎？
Cultivation requires cutting off greed. Do not think, “I will cultivate, practice the Tao, and give alms once I have wealth.” When you truly have wealth, you may not give or do good deeds—why? Because human greed is like a bottomless pit. That is why Master urges you to give generously. My foolish disciples, are you truly unwilling to give even a little?
這邊施，那邊功德就會進，跟水一樣是流通的，如果是一桶沒有流通流動的水，它會滋生蒼蠅、蚊子、蟲類，會越來越污濁。你們要把自己當作是一桶清澈的水，這邊布施出去，那邊再圓滿回來。
When you give here, merit flows in there—it circulates just like water. If water sits stagnant in a bucket without flowing, it will breed flies, mosquitoes, and insects and become increasingly murky. You should regard yourselves as a bucket of clear water: giving out from this side, and receiving fulfillment on that side.
還有，要學習包容，大家要以低心學習的心境出發，這個大家庭才能越來越大、越來越圓滿。你的手伸出去，自然別人也會把你的手牽起來，大家手牽手、心連心，才能真正鞏固道場，否則會像一盤散沙，散到哪裏去？家醜外揚到國外嗎？為師不喜歡看到你們這樣！
Moreover, you must learn to be tolerant and inclusive. Everyone should proceed from a humble and learning mindset, so that this great family can grow larger and more complete.
When you extend your hand, others will naturally take it. Hand in hand, heart to heart, we can truly solidify the spiritual field; otherwise, we will be like scattered sand—where will that sand scatter to? Will family shame be aired abroad? Master does not wish to see you like this!
人若無貪念、喜布施，就會急速到達高層次的境界，跟無形界了斷因果的機緣就會比較快速。沒有任何人的家門可以掛著「免」字牌，冤欠是無孔不入，人身上有多少毛細孔，只要一個小小的孔，當冤親債主乘虛而入的時候，你們就會百病叢生，再昂貴的藥物也沒法治。
If a person has no greed and delights in giving, they will quickly reach a higher level of attainment, and the opportunity to settle karmic debts with the invisible realm will come more swiftly.
No one’s household can hang a “exempt” sign. Karmic creditors find their way through every opening—how many pores does a human body have? Through just one tiny pore, when karmic creditors take the opportunity to enter, you will be beset by all kinds of illnesses, and no expensive medicine will cure you.
世上還有更大、更毒的武器以及毒品正在發明，毒在暗的一面，人心的敗壞也是在隱藏的一面，正衝著每個人而來。因為人心已經敗壞，所以必須用強大的武器收束。世界末日來了嗎？世界末日在哪裏？在幾年幾月幾日算得到嗎？世界末日從現在開始正慢慢的在引發。
In this world, even more powerful and deadly weapons and drugs are being invented. Poison operates in the shadows, and the corruption of the human heart also hides in the dark—both are charging straight at every person.
Because the human heart has already decayed, powerful weapons must be used to bring closure. Has the end of the world arrived? Where is the end of the world? Can it be calculated down to a specific year, month, or day? The end of the world is slowly being triggered from this very moment.
修道不能看表面，要看內在，內在做得好，行出來才會正、才會穩。你們穿著雪白的一身，好像白紙一塵不染，但是內心想的是什麼？是不是很清白？修行在於修心安，要把這顆心安定下來。
Cultivation cannot be judged by outward appearance; one must look within. Only when the inner self is well-cultivated will your actions be upright and steady. You wear pure white robes, like unblemished white paper, but what do you think about inside? Is your mind truly pure and clear? Cultivation lies in calming the mind—settle this mind down.
心愈清凈、愈清白，你看到人就會有歡喜心，看到眾生就好像看見自己的手足，每天都很快樂的行道、辦道。如果是為了自己的私欲而修道，這私欲將會吞食你可以行功了愿的機會。
The purer and clearer your mind, the more joy you will feel when you see others. Seeing all living beings, you will feel as if you are seeing your own limbs, and every day you will happily walk the Tao and carry out its work. But if you cultivate the Tao for selfish desires, those desires will devour the opportunities you have to perform meritorious deeds and fulfill your vows.
