活佛師尊慈訓： Living Buddha Master’s Compassionate Instruction: 【 握機 Grasping the Opportunity 】 修辦道是沒有選擇環境的。環境都適應不了，還要挑選怎麼樣的人，才願意共辦、才有共識？『至道無難，唯嫌揀擇』啊！你是看人修、挑事做、挑哪一個佛堂才要去，你這顆辦道的心是有問題的。 In cultivating and propagating the Tao, there is no choosing of environments. If you cannot even adapt to your environment, how can you still pick and choose what kind of people you are willing to co-propagate with, with whom you can have consensus? “The Supreme Tao is not difficult; it only dislikes picking and choosing.” If you cultivate by watching people, pick tasks to do, and choose which holy temple you will go to, then this heart of yours for propagating the Tao has a problem. 天時已經走到末後了，不是由人來選擇「我要修或是不修、我要跟誰辦跟誰修」的時候。你的心是對天的，就沒有以上這些問題！跟誰修辦都很好都很開心，做什麼事都可以很積極，在哪個佛堂修辦都自在都能護持，那就是懂得『握機』的人。 The heavenly time has already reached the final age. It is not a time for people to choose, “I will cultivate or not cultivate; I will propagate and cultivate with this person or that person.” If your heart is turned toward Heaven, none of the above problems exist! To cultivate and propagate with anyone is fine and joyful; whatever you do, you can be very proactive; in whichever holy temple you cultivate and propagate, you are at ease and can support it. That is someone who knows how to “grasp the opportunity.” 「辦道」不是指揮人，而是來服務人的；擔負天職，既不是權力，也不是能力，而是「責任」。徒兒要記得，這個責任是要「救渡眾生」，讓每個眾生都能上岸。 “Propagating the Tao” is not about commanding people; it is about serving people. To bear a heavenly duty is neither power nor ability; it is responsibility. Disciples, remember: this responsibility is to “save and deliver sentient beings,” so that every sentient being can reach the shore. 懂得握機，就有破機之道；當有危機出現，就懂得破解危機，道的殊勝就在這裡。要不要成就、能不能成就，就在你的心合了天意沒有？ Those who know how to grasp the opportunity have a way to break through the critical moment. When a crisis appears, they know how to resolve it. The Tao’s supreme wonder lies here. Whether you want to attain accomplishment, and whether you can attain it, depends on whether your heart is in accord with Heaven’s will.
